OUR INSTALLATION PROCESS
Five precise steps that guarantee a floor built to last — no shortcuts, no guesswork.
SURFACE PREPARATION
We grind and diamond-polish your concrete slab to open the pores and remove any existing coatings, oil stains, or contaminants. Proper prep is the single most important factor in a long-lasting floor — we never skip it.
PRIMER COAT
A penetrating epoxy primer is applied to seal the concrete and create a chemical bond with the topcoat layers. This prevents bubbling, peeling, and moisture migration from below the slab.
EPOXY BASE COAT
Your chosen epoxy system — metallic, flake, or solid color — is mixed on-site and applied in a controlled, even layer. Decorative elements like metallic pigments or vinyl flakes are added at this stage.
TOPCOAT / CLEAR COAT
A UV-stable polyurea or polyaspartic topcoat is applied for maximum hardness, chemical resistance, and gloss. This layer protects your investment and makes the floor easy to clean for years to come.
CURE & WALK-THROUGH
Most floors are ready for light foot traffic within 24 hours and full vehicle traffic within 72 hours. We walk you through care instructions and back every installation with our 5-year warranty.
